Searching & managing views

The Views page brings your saved product and variant views together in one place. Use it to find a view, check its contents and filters, or manage views you no longer need.

Find and open a view

  1. Open Views from the left navigation.
  2. Enter a view name in Search views, or use Sort and Filter to narrow down the table.
  3. Click a view to open it.

Understand the Views table

The table helps you identify what each view contains and how it was created.

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe saved view's name.
View typeWhether the view is Static or Dynamic.
Query filtersThe saved filter conditions, where applicable.
No. of itemsThe number of products or variants currently in the view.
Last modifiedWhen the view was last modified, where available.
Created ByWho created the view.
CreatedWhen the view was created.

Note: The Products / Variants switcher controls which kind of view you see. The View type column tells you whether a view is static or dynamic.

Rename, duplicate or delete a view

  1. Find the view in the Views table.
  2. Click the three-dot menu at the right of its row.
  3. Select Rename, Duplicate or Delete, depending on what you need.
  4. Follow the on-screen confirmation if prompted.

Manage multiple views

You can select more than one view using the checkboxes in the table. The selection toolbar provides actions including Duplicate and Delete.

  1. Select the views you want to manage.
  2. Choose the relevant action from the toolbar.
  3. Confirm the action if prompted.

Important: Deleting a view cannot be undone. Check your selection before confirming.

Use your views elsewhere in Hub

You do not need to return to the Views page each time you want to use a saved view.

  • In the catalogue: Open the Products or Variants list and choose the view from the Views selector.
  • For exports: Use a saved view when working with Channels, so you can export the relevant product information without rebuilding the selection.
