Channels overview

What are channels?​

Channels in Hub allow you to manage and export product data efficiently. They enable you to create customised datasets, apply changes, and export views in XLS or CSV format for use across different platforms, teams, or partners.

How are channels used?​

  • Organise and filter product data for specific needs.

  • Export structured data for distributors, internal teams, or external partners.

  • Track changes and updates through the history log.

Navigating the Channels page​

The Channels page consists of the following sections:

  1. Channels table
  • Displays all created channels for easy access.
  • Includes search functionality and key attributes for quick identification.
  1. Export history
  • Logs previous exports and modifications.
