Views overview
Views let you save a selection of catalogue items in Hub and return to it whenever you need. Instead of searching for the same products or applying the same filters repeatedly, you can create a view once and reuse it.
Views work with both products and variants, and can either contain a fixed selection or update automatically based on filters.
Product views and variant views
When creating a view, first decide what you want to organise:

| Product view | A selection of products, regardless of how many variants each product has. | Products being prepared for a new collection. |
| Variant view | A selection of individual variants, such as particular colours or finishes. | Selected colourways from several product ranges. |
You can switch between Products and Variants in the catalogue and on the Views page.
Static and dynamic views
Both product views and variant views can be static or dynamic.
| View type | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Static | Contains items you select manually. The selection stays the same until you change it. | Shortlists, curated ranges and one-off tasks. |
| Dynamic | Contains items matching a saved set of filters. The list updates as catalogue information changes. | Ongoing workflows and lists that need to stay up to date. |
For example, you could create a dynamic product view where Name starts with P. Any product matching that filter is included in the view automatically.
Where to find your views
- Products or Variants list: Use the view selector in the top-left corner to open a saved view or return to All products or All variants.
- Views page: Open Views from the left navigation to search, open, rename, duplicate or delete saved views. Use the Products / Variants switcher to see the relevant views.
- Channels: Use saved views as the basis for product information exports.
