Linking & unlinking assets

In Hub, assets (such as images, documents, and technical sheets) can be linked to specific products for better organisation and accessibility. This ensures that each product has the correct associated files, making it easier to manage and retrieve necessary information.

Linking an asset to a variant​

  1. Go to the assets page – Locate the asset you want to link.

  2. Select the asset – Click on the checkbox next to the asset.

  3. Click link variants – Search for the relevant product.

  4. Select and confirm – Choose the product from the list and confirm the link.

Linking a variant to an asset​

  1. Go to the variants page – Select the product that needs an asset.

  2. Select link assets – Click the option to add an asset.

  3. Choose an existing asset – Search for the file or upload a new one.

  4. Confirm the link – Attach the asset to the product.

Unlinking a Variant from an Asset​

  1. Go to the assets page – Open the asset that needs to be unlinked.
  2. View associated variants – See the list of linked variants.
  3. Click unlink – Unlink the asset from a specific variant.
